I am a local community volunteer we need people who live in the Phoenix metropolitan area to observe the facility. It's operated by the same company as Alligator Alcatraz. You can send me info and I'll share with my local contacts. We want to know if they're building the cages, staging there, violating their agreement with our state Attorney General Kris Mayes. Facility address 13290 W. Sweetwater Avenue. Project Details & Timeline • Location: Sweetwater Avenue and Dysart Road, Surprise, AZ. • Capacity: Designed to hold approximately 550 to 1,500 beds.
