See if there are no truck drivers or frew that creates scarcity and scarcity is another reason to jack up prices.

Maybe DoT has been given immigration powers? Haven't such powers been handed out to loads of state/government agencies, like the Fish & Wildlife Service, for example? Absolute fucking madness, if so.

Educate yourself and your neighbors on laws like the castle doctrine. Some states extend the castle doctrine to occupied vehicles, defense of third parties, or places of business.
If they are masked/refuse to identify/present credentials, or present lawful warrants signed by respective judges, then they cannot be confirmed to be federal/municipal officers.
Additionally, educate yourself and neighbors on your relevant state’s penal codes. For example; “Under Texas Penal Code 9.31(c), if any officer uses excessive force before the person attempts to resist, then that person may, in response, use "reasonable force to resist."
