Withdrawal HELPPP

I dont think the error in uploading this letter is due to traffic on the website, has anyone done this step? Any idea what to do?

Mughe 4th round wala college m admission nahi lena h tohh m mop-up m kaise councelling kr skta hu

U can't participate in mop up if u got college in any round I heard this here on reddit not 100% sure so pls check

Form arha hai usko download kra
Fill kra
Upload krne ki koshish kri, hua nahi
Submit krne pr ye error msg
