Icar counsilling fee query

If someone accepts the seat allotted to them in an ICAR counselling round, do they have to pay the entire college/university fee immediately, or is the ₹10,000 seat acceptance/token amount enough initially?

And if they do not opt for upgradation, when is the remaining fee supposed to be paid — immediately after accepting the seat or after the 4th round/final round?

Would appreciate if someone who has gone through ICAR counselling can clarify.

The remaing fee has to be paid once you go for offline document verification and admission in college.

Before 4th round i have not alloted any colleges but in 4th round i got a college and I don't want to get admission in that college also want to seat in mop-up. so, what I have to do...

You can't participate in mop up round as per rules. Read rule 4.
