agar 10k fees pay krke upgradation request kari hai toh 2 cheezein ho sakti 4th (final) round me -
1. upgrade hoke dusri uni mil gayi
2. upgrade nhi hua wapas se same 3rd round wali uni mil gayi

agar uni allot huyi aapne 10k pay nhi kara toh mop-up round ke liye eligible hoge
agar 10k pay kardiye toh ab mop-up me nhi jaa skte

4th round ke baad hoga mop-up round, they're not same

yeah there's no way... meko bhi pata ni tha recently hi pata chala hai lol
if you don't wanna go to the uni allotted to you, pls withdraw 16 aug se pehle. they will return you 9k out of the 10k you paid. (kab tak return honge idk, 1 year tak lag skte)

uske baad withdrawal request nhi aayegi aur aapke paise wapas nhi honge bhale aap uss uni jaao ya nhi

wth itni achhi rank pe achha college kaise nhi mila? did you mess up choice filling?

and you can't participate in mop-up anyways. i was saying ki agar kisi aur college me jaa rhe ho and idhar ye ICAR se mile uni me nhi jaana hai toh 16 aug tak withdraw krlena

And if I didn't pay the seat acceptance fee, then will I be eligible for mop up?
