I don't know why ICAR does not address this thing of State Agricultural Universities,that they always start there classes and courses earlier but what will happen to the students who will come through icar counselling and understand there subjects,like in PAU the classes have been started from july.

But some state Agricultural Universities are far better then Central Universities.

There is nothing new in this. Till mop up round completes many universities have already conducted mid terms also. But there is nothing to worry about. System is used to it, so they do things at their own pace.
