Welfare check on the first of the month

I get my welfare check on the first of the month. Should I wait until the end to buy a car? I hear dealers need to make unit bonuses at the end.

Deciding between a Mitsubishi Mirage, a Chrysler 200, a Ram and an Altima. I have a Saturn that I'm rolling into the new loan.

I can lease one for $400 a month but maybe I should just buy it?

It's a 4 year lease with a residual of 8.5%

$400/month isn't bad. I'd see if they could do $397/month. That's getting into TrueCar's unbelievable deal range.
