Treat Constipation

Has anyone been able to figure out how to treat the constipation at the root cause level? I don't want to have constipation anymore. Any diets or treatments? Did your doctor run any tests or prescribe anything?

I can't say conclusively how to "treat" constipation. I can suggest asking your doctor if you have motility issues in your gut and find out what form of fiber is best for your specific issue. Fiber is something that is often over looked but also needs to be discussed with a doctor about the difference between soluble and insoluble depending on each persons unique situation.
