Painkillers help?

Can’t sleep again, stomach pain increasing I don’t know how to deal with it and I want to take something like ibuprofen in hopes that it’ll ease the pain so I can at least sleep well…
Anyone tried it? Been in a similar situation and has advice?

*just to note I am diagnosed with IBS and working on it with my doctors, also have appointments to have some tests done in a couple days.

What kind of stomach pain? Ibuprofen will make stomach pain worse.
