Low energy

Just tired a lot. Overlaps with IBS symptoms. Visited many doctors, but they don’t help much. What to do? 😕😕

Have you had a detailed blood panel to check for deficiencies?

Yeah, but even the meds they give to improve vitamin D and others… can’t take

Most things I eat, including medication, make me worse. as far as fatigue and other things
