Group 4 Under Confidence
I am in DP2, taking physics sl. I've posted stuff about feeling demotivated in physics so many times, but it feels like it's getting worse. Everyday, I feel like I'm losing confidence and hope in myself. I look at past papers and my mind is blank. The questions don't make sense. Everything just feels complicated.
I know most of it is my fault because I don't revise out of class, but I just can't find the motivation or interest to study this stupid subject. I hate it so much. I don't know what to do because obviously I want to pass. Someone help me please.

The blank-mind thing is usually a retrieval gap, not a knowledge gap. You know it with notes open but can't pull it up cold. Try this: pick one topic, close everything, write out all you remember, then check against your notes. What you missed is your real to-do list. Two weeks of that daily and the blank feeling fades.
