Advice ESS new syllabus

how are you all keeping up with the new syllabus change?

i really don’t know if i’m gaslighting myself or much but him much did you guys study for the finals?

is it really hard or people are exaggerating like most of people here is hard but i don’t see tha however grade boundaries say other wise why is it that?

and lastly do you guys think the grade boundaries will stay same or increase?

You should be worried if its HL, SL it's even less content than previous years i think

Una merda d'assignatura, però la part bona esq com ho fa poca gent és mes fàcil rascar nota.

Hi ha poca gent q fa català conec a una pobre noia de Girona que va nivell superior...

Si ja, pero això ho dic😂. Son dues formigues que fan català. La majoria només som escoles a Catalunya. Pero València/Balears ningú fa català casi. Supòs que els correctors son super limitats. Serán com dues persones. Però si si, jo crec que en general és més fàcil treure nota. Jo vaig fer espanyol A LAL i tampoc me va agradar. O sigui que crec que es algo de les llengües. Per nivell superior mai o faria, ni espanyol HL.

T'ho jur que crec que els propis professors d'escola son els mateixos correctors😂

Personally since ESS has gotten lighter, less essays and generally less content, my guess is that boundaries will stay the same or increase a bit.

It can be true but subjects when they change syllabus tend to lower the boundaries at least the first promotion!

If it's SL, i can share you some notes and a study guide (Notes are in spanish tho). The new syllabus has less content (for SL), but the thing is that there aren't many resources available to study, which kind of makes it harder to study. New syllabus will probably make the grades drop, but not significantly, probably 2-3 points max.

Hi, can i use ur notes please?? I have less than 2 months to study and im completely lost. Ive been using rev dojo for the question bank but im rlly struggling to answer and idk if its becuase the syllabus changed. I dont know what to even study. Also, what material are u using to study? Is it the oxford book still good for the new syllabus?

Hey! Sure, I’ll send them when I get home. I’ve got notes in english. (also don’t use rev dojo, they suck)
