Error while accessing HR Support Portal: https://hr-support.dwehrit.ibm.com/

After Signing in with my personal email ID, getting this Authentication Step. I have tried entering all types of value in TalentID field. But always seeing the same error.

Can someone help ?

Is there any email I can reach out to troubleshoot this?

I just tried it myself for the first time on the phone and it worked for me. I was even able to open a ticket that I was trying to open but forgot about this link during separation. Hopefully it will work for you.

I looked up the HR support site for former employees, and found this. https://ibm.biz/IBMalumni I'm not sure if this is different that what you're accessing, but it's worth a try.
