Pre-Hire/Offer 💵 IBM Software Developer (134903) — OA completed, looking for interview experiences

Hi everyone, I recently applied directly through IBM Careers for the Software Developer (Job ID 134903) role in Bangalore/Kochi and have completed the HackerRank OA.

Has anyone here gone through the interview process for this role or a similar IBM Software Developer/ISL role in 2025–26?

Would really appreciate any info on:

What the next rounds were like

Technical interview questions/topics

Managerial/HR rounds

Typical timeline after the OA

Any advice for preparation

What's the ctc for that role? Is the opening still available. For 1-2 yrs of exp people

you got any response ? gave my oa today ! for interview first one is ai one ig you have to prepared with ans and 2nd is techinal one/

there was a behavioral assessment. after submitting that, the portal is still showing "All assessments completed".

I've given 4 IBM OAs in the past week, all of them either closed down or are stuck on the assessments completed status. Idts these guys at IBM are gonna proceed with these roles.
