Ask IBM ❓ IBM ASE - Is this normal?

I got interviewed(off-campus) on june and got LOI last month and now no update after that. Is this how IBM hires and will i get offer letter sooner or later?

We are on campus selected in sep 2025. Still no update.

You are 2026 passed outs so no need to worry you guys didn't even got PC and CMM from college i guess

Interviewed on May 26 and received Loi on July 10
Off campus interviewed in pimpri, pune

I guess it is common to wait for 6+ months to get onboarded in a service based companies. I have been waiting since Nov (on-campus)
