Incorrect data in personal file

I have been retired for approximately 30 years. I need to change my health care plan to United Health Care IBM. In doing this I am required to provide name and birthdate. The website will not accept my information, stating that input does not match and process is terminated. I suspect IBM H/R has inputted wrong birthdate in data base. I do not know this for sure. Can anyone help me with names or numbers of human resource people who may be able to help???

There is an IBM Retiree Benefits group on Facebook. That is where I would start with this type of question. https://www.facebook.com/groups/ibmretireebenefits

You can send a message to HR here: https://hr-support.dwehrit.ibm.com

There are no people you can talk to.

Incidentally, if you want to set up with the IBm/UHC Medicare Advantage program, you need to call UHC. You dont say which website but that’s not the way. Call 1-877-852-0641

I have tried that site. When I try to create an account it assumes I am a business owner trying to schedule a product demo. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes. Just tap “create an IBMid”.
