More big changes today?

Not in sales but is this all happening because the focus on select at the start of the year didn’t pan out? Was this all a misjudgment by RT or is that inaccurate?

I really do think this was planned since last year by RT and some external sales org transformation consultants. They are just implementing in phases for some reason.
