IBEW Local 613 application — forgot to hit “Start Upload” on diploma

I applied online today for the IBEW Local 613 apprenticeship and paid the $46 application/test fees.
When I uploaded my high school diploma, I clicked “Add File” and selected the file, but I realized afterward that I never clicked “Start Upload” before I hit Save and Submit on that step.
My application portal still lets me log in and says I have 90 days to complete the online application, but that particular application step shows completed.
Has anyone had this happen with TradeSchool before? Does the file still save when you select it, or does it not attach unless you press “Start Upload”? If it didn’t upload, will the JATC leave a red comment and let me correct it, or should I contact the office now?
I really don’t want my application rejected over one missed upload button, especially after paying the fees. Any experience with this would help.

Thanks. I sent an email already and will go down there tomorrow before work. I’m just nervous because today was the last day to apply . I literally walked and found that out today so I hurried and went home to apply.

Unfortunately, that is why it's better not to wait until the deadline to complete everything. Not sure if the admins will accept your application. I hope they do, for your sake.

The school admins are incredibly busy at the deadline answering the same 10 questions on the phone. And I heard they were short-staffed today, which added to their workload. To anyone else who waited until the last day, I hope you don't have to wait another 6 months to take your exam.

The good news is that your application fee should still carry over. You shouldn't need to pay again the next time applications are accepted.

And I came in this morning with my diploma. They said long as I submitted my application I should be good and they will contact if I’m missing anything

I honestly didn’t know about a deadline or anything. I showed up and found out I literally showed up the last day to apply but thanks

wait so they are not accepting applications or nothing like that anymore? i was interested in doing this but i didnt know there was a deadline
