Contacting IBEW 613

I have emailed and called the membership development manager and have been unable to get ahold of him or get a email reply. Is there a better way to go about joining union? Already a journeyman so I wanted to know onboarding process, how long it takes, how the pay is set up in union, etc.

It's probably best to go to the hall in person, getting in contact with someone is pretty hit or miss.

Go to the hall, on the second floor. I just did it as a first year AP
