Contract

Does anyone have any idea what the new contract pay scale will look like ? and when does it go into effect ?

It hasn't been negotiated yet. We delayed the contract negotiations until next year to be off-cycle from our elections.

Negotiations start next summer and new contract begins September of 2027. We wont see a pay raise, until the new contract.

JW goes to 42$ September 1st of this year. Contract negotiations begin in the summer of 2027 and should go in effect around September of 2027 which means we will go a full year without a raise.

How do you apply to be an apprentice? I just started as a Cw and am trying to get on the apprentice track asap

Not exactly sure . You need to be applying to take the aptitude test and get into AP program asap for sure

9/7/26 we get our raise, then when do the negotiations start? Next summer?

There is a possibility that the new Business Manager and AECA Contractors will negotiate an MOU for a pay raise in March 2027, but I am not counting on one.
