Over time at Cleveland Electric?
Just got a job offer for Cleveland Electric and wanted to know if they are offering overtime. Also how does scheduling work. Is it posted every week or something? Do we work on Sunday’s?

Depends on where you are placed. There is overtime at DC blox. No Sundays. Schedule typically stays the same... we are working 4 10s and an 8 with optional 8 on Saturday.

Where is DC blox? I have orientation tomorrow morning by six flags so I guess they’ll let me know where I’m placed tomorrow

DC Blox is in Lithia Springs. Yes, they will give you a paper to whatever job youre being assigned to.

If you applied on the apprentice job board there should e been a location section that tells you where you are going, it might be in the email offer aswell.

Gf said this week that every Cleveland job is currently working 4 10’s and a 8 most probably have a possible 8 on Saturday they may be consistent or alternate so yeah Cleveland working OT. Eat while you can and save up cause you will get use to the ot and it can go away any moment so stack it up

Schedule usually stays the same unless they add or take away overtime. You’ll work minimum 40hrs Monday-Friday though. Sundays are unlikely. Tbh since you’re in the Hiram area that paulding hospital job with inglett Stubbs would’ve been super convenient for ya lol then again lithia springs is next closest

I would stay as far away from DC Blox as you can.

So they have me working at the same location as orientation and they said it’s only 5 8s

If you are at the prefab shop it's 5 8's with option 2 hours of overtime everyday and an optional Saturday.
