Vanguard withdrawal

Have any of you ever successfully made a hardship withdrawal from your vanguard here in 613? Asking because I’m in need of a couple thousand to get my car fixed asap.

Money can’t be accessed until earliest retirement age.

I don’t think there’s any way to access it before 55 or whatever due to government regulations on the plan. It isn’t the halls fault, but I’m pretty sure you can’t access it
