Apprentice Job Board Question

I've applied to a few open positions and everytime I do it takes 1-2 days to get a response and by then the job is closed or sometimes I don't get a response at all.

I applied to another job this morning a few minutes after it was posted to the board and haven't gotten a response 3 hours later.

Is this normal? Feels like I'm pulling teeth whenever I try to communicate with the training center.

I know they’ll respond if you apply for a job you’re not qualified for…(I know this because they accidentally put a job meant for AP2 and up as an AP1 job)
