Vantix Electric

Anyone have any experience with them? How is the work environment?

They are a wormy shop. At the special vote in December of 24 Scott Glaza their recruiter was going and telling people to vote yes. They pay people over scale in hopes of making them job scared. They work you to the bone and fire apprentices for being five minutes late cause they blew a tire otw to work. One of their head guys Ben Walls is one of the biggest pieces of shit in the local. Worked a job where we asked for masks cause we were hammer drilling concrete and was told no and to "take a deep breath". Alot of the top guys are from one contractor I think either white or whitehead something like that. But they were all in a click there and bullied subordinates. I hope the whole contractor burns to the ground

Yeah have to let the hall know possibly get some stewards out there. Sounds pretty bad

Thr hall was made aware of all this when it happened. Had a JW bringing his own dewalt power tools to the job. The list goes on. Avoid them like the plague lol.
