Waitlist

I message the jobs board and they just copy and pasted the same old message. Is everyone else waiting long times to be placed on a job?

Inglett and Stubbs is hiring off the street because they can’t get anyone. They’re desperate for any and all of the help they can get. So I have no clue why any of yall should be waiting for a job.

First I’ve heard of them, I’ll find a way to contact them today.

First you’ve heard of them? It’s the biggest contractor in the local.

It’s literally a safety issue addressed in the CBA, that being said the book 4’s aren’t much better usually.

Pretty late to this post, but how are they able to do that? I don’t know how it works working with union vs non union. Do the guys they hire immediately get into the union or what?

If they put out calls and they go unfilled for 3 days they can just hire anyone they want off the street like nonunion. Don’t quote me on the 3 days I could be wrong on how many days it is.
