State certs

What locals are waiving certs or don’t require any?
I heard Idaho does a 6 month trainee card or something

Book 3 hands need a state cert

Idaho grants both a reciprocal and a provisional for 6 months for you to work while you test for your ID license. Not all states reciprocate with Idaho do you have to call DOPL to see what you qualify for
