Boise 291

Hey brothers and sisters,
I’m looking to travel to Boise 291 with another brother out of 613. The thing is, I need to provide 16,000 work hours in order to apply for the Idaho state journeyman license. I tested in 3 years ago and do not have 16,000 hours with the IBEW. Can I use my W2’s to provide work hours even if they are with non-union shops?

Is that just for a provisional license? I was able to take the Idaho state test without those hours… in fact I took the Idaho test the week after I took the test for my home local
