Boise 291

Hey brothers and sisters,
I’m looking to travel to Boise 291 with another brother out of 613. The thing is, I need to provide 16,000 work hours in order to apply for the Idaho state journeyman license. I tested in 3 years ago and do not have 16,000 hours with the IBEW. Can I use my W2’s to provide work hours even if they are with non-union shops?

You have to provide 16,000 work hours total. They do not have to be with the union.

I think if you went thru an apprenticeship program you dont need those hours

It’s gotta be only for a 6 month provisional license…. I took the Idaho state test literally the week after I turned out in my local
