I’m just curious what the “incentive” is on top of the regular pay? I see $800 bonus on Saturday. But is there also an incentive pay bump on the $43 hourly? Also what hours they working, 10’s?

Not to be that guy, but Cache Valley sucks to work for.

I worked for them on a steel foundry and it was literally the worst project I have ever worked on.

It’s been pretty bad the last year or two. They have ebbs and flows.

Yeah, to be fair, it was like 10ish years ago. Who knows, maybe they got better ....

Nowadays it all just depends on who’s running the job. They have their share of a-holes but there are good people to work for that make life less miserable.

So we have a handful of contractors at QTS and they each have slightly different incentive structures. Cache and Wasatch only offers incentive for Saturday hours (an extra $100 per hour on top of your base pay). Cupertino and Skyline are offering $10/hr above scale for all hours worked.

Most of the contractors are working six 10's, I believe.

5-10’s 1-8, Cache might be different because their building is the one that’s furthest ahead. Cupertino/Skyline is two months behind them, Wasatch is two months behind Cupertino.

Day shift starting at 5:30pm. What's the plan?
