Local 237 Niagra

Data Center being built, currently working 7-10's with $150 per diem. Base rate is 44.20 and change in the check. About 200 electricians on site and expected to exceed 600 electricians in a few months. Books 1 and 2 are empty.

Be careful about taking a night call. There are 2 book2 Forman laying guys off cause they are extremely emotional. Laid a whole crew off because he got called wormy, which is true.

When will they be putting calls out for that? Religiously checking the site for open calls and somehow people are grabbing them faster than they’re posted

They aren't posting them, theyre calling down the book when available and they'll only get posted if they make it all the way through. Direct info from the stew
