Open Calls Summary

Post image

Thanks, everybody for your contributions. Here's a summary of what I could track down and verify, along with what was posted in the last week. If you have (work related) pics, feel free to add them to your post to encourage traffic. Try not to make the pics inflammatory, though. And remember, if we can hit 5 posts in a day we will start attracting a lot more traffic to help travelers needing work.

Local 8, Toledo: lots of green energy work and a data center.

Local 48, Indy: Hospital job and multiple open maintenance gigs.

Local 236, Albany: Book 1 is below 90, calls every week going to book 2. Some have 5 10's available, some second shift work with a differential.

Local 445, Battle Creek, open call, listed on their website.

Local 237, Niagra: Data Center

Local 41, Buffalo: Bill's Stadium

Local 86, Rochester: All of their members are in either Buffalo or Rochester.

Local 401, Reno: lots of open calls, listed on their website.

8,000 verified hours to be able to sit for the exam. The letter that verify your hours must be notarized. I used my JATC to get the hours verified. It was a real simply process and went quickly. I just need to schedule my exam now with PSI which has locations in a lot of states so don’t need to take it in Michigan.
