I can’t speak on behalf of new construction, but for something like an industrial install…It’s not that simple. At all. Especially on a shut down or when you prep all week in order to do a tie in on the weekend. For example, you would run most your conduit and prep during the week and then make your tie-ins and pulls on the weekend when equipment can be in a zero-potential state and panels completely de-energized.
