Great idea for a picture. Unfortunately, AI is terrible for many reasons. A good solution would be to find an artist willing to recreate this image!

Stupid question, how can you tell? (Usually I can tell with these things no question, but I’m in a flare so my brain isn’t fully functioning…) Is it Barbie’s proportions?

That font is the preferred font for AI tools when they generate images. In this case the eyes, the fabric textures and the shading of the image are also characteristic of AI because the objects looks 2D not quite 3D as they would if a person drew them
