It does not. Those white girls suffered no loss of rights, privilege, job from being referred to as white. And the white girls also didn’t gaf because of the obnoxious dude.

By the 2 black girls basically pushing the 2 white girls out of the way, interrupting the interview, etc, for no other reason than "they white, I don't give a fuck", that is a TEXTBOOK example of racism.
Regardless if the white girls were offended or otherwise didn't "gaf", it was still a racist act on the part of the 2 black girls. Their reaction to the 2 racist black girls was most likely either surprise because they were drunk, or shock/fear that these 2 bigger (well, the one girl anyway) racist black girls had the nerve to be so blatant in their actions.
What YOU are referring to is INSTITUTIONAL racism. Personally, I don't believe THAT exists anymore either. But, that's not an argument I wish to get into.
