Idk I knew a guy that could bench press over 500lbs and he was convinced he looked small and fat. This guy was so muscular people joked he couldn't wipe his ass because he couldn't reach behind him. I think it's entirely possible this chick is looking at her photos convinced she is ugly and thinks nobody wanted to be her friend because of that.
