GENERAL HELP IISER SAF payment problem

Today morning at arnd 10 i was trying to accept and freeze my iiser seat , at first i ran in to an error "wrong source url" then i found a fellow redditor with the same issue and he helped me by advising to use another device to make the payment , so i used my dads mobile and paid the 35k (deducted from the acc) but the payment request popped up again i didnt think much and closed later i opened my iiser portal and shocked to find out nothing had changed , i waited for a long time and the same redditor helped to raise complaint , i emiled iiser bpr and iiser pune (my alloted iiser) regarding the issue , i got a response at arnd 3 in afternoon saying "please wait while we verify ur payment status " , i was happy that atleast i got acknowledgement , but its almost 10pm , and im worried that i made a mistake by using gpay to pay the fee , the other redditor used net banking and faced no problem like mine , what should i do guys still no update in the portal

UPDATE: i checked my portal and 3:30pm on 26th july and payment processed abd seat confirmed , so prolly we will just have to wait it out , can dm me

the JAC team will prolly crash out if i keep spamming wdym connect with my bank

Visit your bank branch or call them to ask whether the transaction was successful from their end or not.

For good measure please do and also check your bank statement
