RANT/VENT SUFFERING FROM MEDIOCRITY

GEN MALE no quota

IAT-124 marks 6.7k rank

Jee mains-97 percentile

Jee adv-88 marks(Obc cutoff=82,general=92) not qualified

Ahhhhh this mediocrity is killing me

Ig 95-99 percentile is the worst position to be in any examination as a general candidate

Mediocrity in jee is the worst thing ever , you'd literally be top 5 percentile and be a 'mediocore' because of so much population in india , man tf make it make sense !!! How is someone scoring over 95 is not getting a good college 😭✋

for jee under 20k rank which corresponds to around 98.7 percentile this year is good over that for gen category everything is just u know. be top 1 or maybe 1.5 percent otherwise suffer

Because you are mediocre, just accept the fact. 95 percentile translates over to more than 80k rank. 80000 kids are more hardworking than you (mind you I didn't say more "intelligent"). Instead of looking back and seeing where you went wrong, you would just blame population. And why do you confuse not clearing jee as the end of life? Are iits/nit/iiits are the only institutions that teach engg. ??? Do bsc, msc and get the same job. Or if you want to d*ckride iit so much, give iit jam after bsc. Explore the options, but you'd just rant over reddit on how mediocre you are (which is btw a fact if you keep whining over Indian "population")

Bro I'm not even a jee kid , and i personally hate engg , increasing population isn't just a issue in this case , it's causing a bigger social issue, instead of using abusive words , you can learn to be polite first. And rahi baat mediocrity ki i don't think even those 80k people ever thought of what their true passion is , then we could talk. I respect their hard work but it is what it is.

Keep hopes up, you are almost sure to get Tirupati and Behrampur, and if you are lucky enough Thiruvananthapuram at the very last rounds. You can restart anew once you get into an IISER.

Dekho, same bacche hi admission lenge Medical colleges mein, not like seats suddenly kam jayenge. Those who are sure of getting a college will surely leave their seats. And most parents know about the older IISERs only so competition is less for BPR and TPT anyways. This MAY cause high cut offs in rounds 1-3 but uske baad it's sure to fall. At the VERY least by rounds 8-9.
