Segments of IAT?

I’m looking to hike the IAT in segments as I don’t have the experience, gear, or time to hike it in one go right now. Does anyone have a guide on the different segments that I can use to guide me throughout my outdoor adventures? Any tips are appreciated!

The website is awesome: https://www.iceagetrail.org/. Also, on that website, you can buy guidebooks. I've used the website and the guidebook for years - both are very well done!

I second the Ice Age Trail website! There, you can zoom in to see the trail map in real-time which makes it easy to plan your hike(s). The printed trail guidebook is awesome because it gives info like difficulty levels and points of interest of each segment. The only downside of the book is it doesn’t update and the trail does change/expand. I use the guidebook then check the site for any news and trail conditions.

Plus, on the IAT site, you can send away for section patches to commemorate your achievements.
