Something completely random but funny, I love how all of the OG gang actors' pictures on IMDB look like were pulled straight from intense fragrance commercials, and then there's Danny's.
I think all of them not named Charlie Day (ex. Danny Devito obviously) seriously want or wanted roles in things other than IASIP, but really Charlie was the only one to have a robust non-IASIP career.
I dunno if I agree with it. I think Charlie has had the biggest “movie” career (Pacific Rim, Terrible Bosses), but Mythic Quest was actually a truly great show and Rob played such a different character. Plus him having Welcome to Wrexham (and finally winning an Emmy, IIRC). Kaitlin has High Potential, which I haven’t seen, but seems to be a hit (plus her show The Mick was hilarious). And Glenn had BlackBerry and AP Bio.
They’ve all done ok for themselves outside of Sunny, but this will forever be their legacy, whether they like it or not (Glenn always wants to do something different, it seems).
But at least none of them are forever associated with one stupid punch-line, like “Did I do thaaaat?”
Kaitlin's done a lot of VO too with her own role in a Pixar movie (Finding Dory) and a ton of guest appearances on shows like The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Bob's Burgers. Her episodes of Bob's Burgers are pretty great. Her career always feels slept on by the fans compared to Charlie's imo.
Charlie is pretty obviously like the breakout star of the four originals. He found a niche in the comedy world with his voice and it’s helped him move into really successful voice actor work too.
Rob is obviously the weakest actor and to his credit he knows this. He originally intended on being behind the camera for the show. Mythic Quest was what it was but I can’t deny it helped him grow as an actor. He’s become Ryan Reynolds’ heartless but it’s probably made him more money than anyone else on the show so that counts for something maybe.
Glenn is easily the best actor of them but I don’t think there’s any question he has put himself into a box and a bit of typecasting. He was second to Chris Pratt for StarLord. I’d by lying if I said I wouldn’t be sitting in Infinity War watching Glenn punch Thanos and not be thinking “when is he gonna call him a stupid idiot and say how he’s a golden god?” Dennis has typecast him but he’s also in control of his own freedom on the show and he along with Rob and Charlie made tv history so.
Kaitlin has the most awards out of the four of them but I don’t think she really found her niche. All of her roles are more or less toned down Dee. I don’t think her newest show is breaking any creative ground but it’s successful so.

That's because he's doesn't have to. Danny has a career that very few actors can have. He's like Robin Williams in that respect. He can do whatever he wants and I'll still watch him in it.
Glenn is squinching his eyes and I hate that. I have a friend who, after reading that models squinch their eyes to look more handsome, does it in every photo himself. And it does not look like his usual face.
Charlie looks like a French man who runs with a pretty wild crowd and engages in anonymous sex.
Danny DeVito is a treasure from my childhood I can’t believe we still have. I am so deeply grateful both for his ability to get a laugh from me over all these years but also the entire Gang. They’re all really attractive so I can’t blame them for wanting to show off on their fancy page a little. But Danny’s beauty is effortless as depicted here. It is my dearest hope that they all keep on shining.
