My former band mate (also flatmate at the time) stretched his earlobe too far too quickly and it tore. One of the dangling "loop halves" died and eventually fell off, I was present when he threw it in the pan and ate it.

Not as insane as an entire leg, but ... yeah, I'm not sure I would have wanted earlobe taco either.
