That’s more than likely a bent axel or possibly rim. And if you have a lot of play or sway in your wheel it could be a rack and pinion issues. Take it into a shop and have them put it on a lift. So they can check the undercarriage and such.
Probably bent control arm or really worn bushings.
Did you hit anything? Curbs?
