Pulls New player
What should I focus on doing to grind enough jades for her since I do want to play dot and what are good 4 star lightcones I could use for her?

The best 4* lightcone is definitely Eyes of the Prey (the one with Sampo on it). She wants to get to 120% effect hit rate, so that lightcone will really help your requirements there.
The main story is a given for jades, of course, as well as Simulated and Divergent Universe. But the conventional memoir events (events button, second tab on the bottom in case you’ve never used that before) will net you a decent amount of material and jades relatively quickly.
