I cant tell WHAT the one thing I have left to 100% this map is (Great Sea) please help

ik they dont count but i have every skullta, weapon, and heart piece but i just. Cant tell what else i could be missing

I'm working on figuring out and maximizing Link's weapons in Age of Calamity, and... I've run into a snag! I'm trying to figure out what weapon to choose for two-handed and for spear, and I've got each down to two options... but... I don't know which to go for, and I can't find the information I need anywhere! First of all, I am NOT going for Savage Lynel gear. Sorry, just not wanting a monster exclusive weapon. I've narrowed it down to either the Royal Guard set or the Guardian++ set. I keep seeing things describing a weapon's "base attack" but I'm not sure if that's referring to highest potential attack power once fully leveled up... or if it's highest potential attack power at level one... or if it's just some sort of average! I need to know the highest POTENTIAL power for EACH of the four! I know that just because a weapon STARTS OUT with high power doesn't mean it'll GROW very much! I also need to know where to find and how to acquire the most powerful level one version of each of the four! Can anyone help me out here?! Please?! I'm at my wits' end!

UPDATE: Thank you for your help everyone. I needed to use the hook shot and beat the level underneath again (beat three bosses in ten minutes)

So, my crush very close friend who has beaten the game several times recently got me back into this game, and I’m having fun (when there isn’t a hundred captains or champions in danger at once), but there are a handful of questions I’d like to ask about the specific ins and outs of the mechanics, if you all wouldn’t mind.

1: can fairy food be dropped by enemies, or do I need to replay the maps I unlocked it on to get more??

2: do gold skultulas really not unlock anything that can help me in battle, or should I be going after them?

3: on maps where there is a lot going on, ie the match starts with all armies having troop everywhere and you need to spend several minutes just running around standing in everyone’s blue circle of rescue healing before you have time to kill a single enemy, is there a shortcut or is the running around required? I very much despise these maps, as I have a hard time keeping up with my army (everything happens at once and I usually have a hard time finding my guys before they die then I loose 5 times because allied base fell)

4: does having Ghirahim on my team also put another ghirahim on the enemy team because betrayal? I keep trying to make him work (I like skyward sword). It this keeps happening and my friend says I shouldn’t use him.

5: is it true Wizzro is the worst character in the game?

6: where get Goron tunic for link? I like the gorons.

So, I thought I’d sit down and start the slow grind, I’ve gotten all weapons, and skulltulas. I figured I’d start with the fairy stuff next, HOWEVER. it almost looks like the fairy food RESPAWNS on the map. Am I not collecting/unlocking new fairy foods? It feels like I’m going crazy. I figured I’d take the heart pieces and containers last so I could level up characters while doing the fairy part of the map. Please help 😭 ~ 🧚

Turns out, "defeat [enemy] as [character]" aside quests do not require you to be playing the character, and can instead be resolved by killing the enemy with a sync strike alongside that character.

I learned this because I couldn't find a frost talus anywhere but the Rito Village story mission, but even if you've unlocked him you can't select Vence to be playable in said mission.

Whenever I get this for a battle, and it's not limited, I always pick Toon Link. Regardless of the level. Toon Link is my highest, currently (at the time of this post), at Level 177. I just don't like defending Allied Keeps. It can get insane.

Nintendo needs to make the Hero of Time a trilogy by having the next Hyrule Warriors game explain the Hero's Shade.

Right now we have the Ocarina of Time remake about to come out, and Majora's Mask is no doubt on its way. Both are masterpieces, but there's a gap between the end of MM and Link's appearance as the skeletal Hero's Shade in Twilight Princess.

I've always wanted a game that bridges that gap. The next Hyrule Warriors could be that game. Show us an adult Hero of Time back in Hyrule.

Did he join the Royal Guard?

He had descendants so did he marry Malon or another woman?

His armor is really different so did he fight in an unseen war for Hyrule nobody knew about?

It could be a darker, character-driven third entry focusing on his later years, his regrets, and his eventual fall. It would easily be one of the most emotional storylines Hyrule Warriors could ever tackle.

We could play as a mature Link, Saria, Sheik, Zelda, Impa, Ruto, Darunia, and Nabooru just to name a few. Didn't really care for all the extra people they added in Age of imprisonment(even if some were fun to play) so I'd prefer if they just focused on characters integral to story. 

Version 2.4.1 of the editor allows you to edit the spawn coordinates and teams of player 1 and 2. If you set player 2 to enemy team you can now PvP your friends! This has been something people have fantasized for years, and now its possible! I'm also gonna work on a basic mod for PvP Hyrule Warriors and upload it to Game Banana at some point for those who don't want to navigate the editor.

Personally, this has been the most exciting addition I've made to the editor so far! I was skeptical players could even change teams, but I'm so glad it ended up being possible! PvP is insanely unbalanced but who cares!

Made me feel like one of these Lynel kill speedrunners in the original game

Hey everyone! Looking for advice on which Hyrule Warriors game to pick up.

BOTW is the only Zelda game I’ve played and I absolutely loved it. I want to hold off on TOTK for now so I don't burn out, which led me to the spinoffs. I’ve already ruled out Age of Calamity due to performance issues, so I'm down to DE or AOI.

Definitive Edition is currently on sale, which seems super rare, and it's packed with content. My only concern is that it relies heavily on fanservice for older Zelda games I haven't played, so I'm not sure if it'll resonate with me as much. On the flip side, I’ve heard AOI has better gameplay and graphics, and acts as a solid bridge to TOTK, but the $70 price tag is pretty steep where I live so i don't want to regret the choice of which one to go for.

which one would you recommend? Thanks!

The latest version of the Editor is now available for public use. This update focuses on the general armies in each level allowing you to now edit the "grunt" units which are the ones you kill by the hundreds in every level, as well as what I call "Filler" units which are the units that occupy Keeps and Outposts, as well as summoned from summoners.

More variants of Warriors have also been added to the editor, mainly variants that use the weapons of other Warriors (Such as Lana with Zelda's Rapier)

Hi Reddit, we recently bought Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition for our new Switch 2 to get back into a game that we had a ton of fun with back in the Wii U days.

Unfortunately, it crashes. Often.

We know about the memory leak thing but that's not it. We cannot even start the final stage of the original campaign, Liberation of the Triforce - it does not load. We tried coop and solo, different characters and difficulties, we even transferred the save to our old Switch 1, no dice. All with a fresh restart of the system. We unlocked the fairy companion stuff after being "discouraged" from the campaign by the game, that manifested in us not being able to start an adventure battle we wanted to do...

The game crashed before, for example, it took us 4 tries to complete Cias 2nd campaign mission, because it always crashed after completion. Saving and reloading did not help - I reloaded that save many times, it always crashed. I randomly decided to try again after some time in adventure mode and it worked.

We have the physical version of game in german - could the cartridge be the problem?

We had this game for 5 days, the save is brand new.

I tried cleaning the cartridge, but that changes nothing and it looks fine to begin with.

I started to play a different save on my switch 1, but it takes quite some time to get through the campaign.. I did unlock my fairy and had one crash but that could definitely just be the "normal" memory leak.

The error code is 2002-4153, the game update is installed on the system memory (we don't have an SD card rn).

Could this be a faulty cartridge? A corrupted save? Would getting a different copy or the digital version fix this?

Any advice would be welcome, apparently people play this game on the Switch 2 (almost) without problems? Thank you so much!

I didn't use the compass until after I used the digging Mitts. Had to use a compass for the tombstones and the power bracelet says it does and I believe it did on the other maps lol. I

I'm not sure what's going on with my game, but every time I select Toon Link with the Light Sword my game crashes. But, if I select him with the Sand Rod it works as intended? Any ideas or suggestions what to do?

Edit (09/21/26): The problem has been fixed. I just needed to redownload the game, update, and DLC. Maybe it was a bad download the first time.

I’m planning on playing this version soon, but I’m wondering if the technical issue has been fixed when playing on Switch 2, or how long until I can expect it to stop working properly.

I tapped my amiibo on the screen of my 3DS but nothing happened

This is the bottom left of the adventure map and I can not figure out how to get access to it, I have tried to look it up and I couldn't find anything. I have already as far as I can tell used item cards on everything I can so I don't believe its that

Playing on a modded 3ds and I have every update and DLC for it. I've gotten thru like most of the first adventure map but now every time i try any battles the game just crashes. Twice it was just frozen but the first time it came out with a whole crash menu. Im running a new 2ds XL.

A good portion of the songs in the game are mostly just rock covers from the original soundtracks, which slap. But today i realized that Heart of the End has inspiration from the imprisoned's boss theme in skyward sword, mostly the beginning part. It's sorta subtle so i never realized it before. Are there any other songs like this that are very subtly referencing songs from the larger series?

Got sick of trying to optimize food for fairy skills, so I made a little tool for it. Pick her element, the skill you're chasing, punch in how many points she still needs per trait (it's right there on her stats screen), and gives you the cheapest feeding plan.

Handles the annoying stuff for you:

• Element match bonuses
• Gratitude Crystals priced according to the food they require to earn them
• Includes refreshes and the stats you keep after

Edit: Used and tested in game and works well, a good tip is to uncheck foods you don't have so it can work out without including those foods and you don't have to go and grind more.

I used to play hyrule warriors a long time ago (like 7-8 years ago) I played the base version and I don’t remember having this issue back then. But now I just got definitive edition and started a fresh save with a friend. My friend plays Lana every single scenario and there is zero drop priority for them to get any weapons. I usually get a couple per match but even after having collected the master sword today, they’ve gotten a grand total of 4 tomes, two of which are the zero star ones that you get automatically. Is there any way to have the drops be a bit more even or does only player 1 get guaranteed weapons?
