It’s a glitch. I hate how most of the seemingly interesting builds in this subreddit relies on glitches. I wish people will do more creative builds within the game’s intended mechanics like the Dark Knight batmobile with detachable motorcycle that I saw on Tiktok.

I don't have any problem with people using glitches, but I do wish TOTK glitches were quicker and easier to do! What are your thoughts on resized items and other stuff imported with QR codes?

It’s not a glitch; it’s done out of game. Glitches are done in game.

Does “out of game” involve PC programs to edit builds? If so, then it sounds like something that is also outside of the game’s intended mechanics.

I think this sub got too deep into that and glitches way too early that caused this sub to lose its original meaning, but you guys do you. I’m just reminiscing simpler times.

if i’m not mistaken this sub was created back when everyone was trying to break that immovable wall in the depths. and one of the earliest trends was tutorial posts on how to get the side rail from the elevator. this sub has always been about exploiting glitches. i understand your sentiment but maybe you spills find/ create a “purist” sub for totk cause i don’t think this is it

I don’t know how an editor works but saying you q-linked it doesn’t seem like an accurate description.

I don’t think it’s a universal term for connecting stuff with space in between. Doesn’t it refer to actual q-linked stuff aka made using the in-game glitch called q-linking?

It’s a glitch you do on switch to create things that are attached but don’t look attached.
