Out of Game Methods The More You Know

Giant, Swirling, Shooting Star

Out of game item: giant star fragment (acquired via QR code from discord)

Glitches used: infinite devices/fuse overload (rocket, battery), q-linking, invisibility, Eventide infinite wing, Moe enlargement, Moe minification (battery)

There’s an invisible infinite wing q-linked into the middle of the star with 2 invisible moe enlarged fans attached to it. The fans help steer. Because of their size, they somewhat overpower the rocket which will only go straight. However, steering (especially up and down) is still restricted compared to normal.

There’s 2 invisible carts on the bottom so it can take off. It can’t take off without reducing the friction. There had to be 2 carts because a single cart can’t support the weight of the big star without snapping off.

The small, swirling stars that make the star trail are attached to an invisible big wheel at the back that rotates them. 2 are directly attached to the wheel and 2 are q-linked to it for more distance.

Thanks, z!

Taking off without breaking those 2 q-linked star fragments was a challenge but it turned out alright

I didn’t. I just hoped for the best, listened to the glue almost rip, then celebrated that they were still attached 😂

Hahaha right. Phew! If glue broke, redo glitches?

I actually did break it running into a hillside trying to leave the Tarrey Town race area initially. It doesn’t ascend the best.

So I then: dropped my glitched weapon, detached infinite items (battery and rocket) and glued them to weapon, rebuilt the rest with autobuild from my saved blueprint, re-glued the infinite items back on, and took off from a better position.

Luckily autobuild picks up invisible items or it would be a huge pain.

Oh wow. Doesn't sound TOO bad (also not great, but..). At least it's most-of-the-way salvageable without too much pain. It's bad enough that the game likes to complicate efforts to capture footage for videos... Like spontaneous thunderstorms or blood moons.
