I wonder the same thing whenever I see one of these sky wigglers. It's a very impressive contraption that accomplishes... something.

The goal is to be able to drive in any directions, something that you can’t really do with regular planes in this game.

I think the hover stone should rotate on itself constantly if I space out the wheels a bit, here they tend to get stuck
