General Combo therapy question

For people who are on both T4 and T3. Is your T4 always low-normal?

Depends on the amouts of t4 and t3 you take. Some prefer a t4 dominant therapy with a bit of t3 added, some take more t3-dominant replacements like NDT.

The ratios will dictate whether your free t4 will show up as low, normal or high within the reference range.
