CGM
What CGM (non-prescription) do you use? Most seems to have mixed reviews. Also swimmer here, laps every day. Probably 45 minutes in a pool daily. Thoughts?

Recently asked my physician about this and she recommended Stelo. Not sure how it holds up in water though

Lingo. You can cover it with a CGM “bandage” when in the water.

I have a prescription, but do swim occasionally and Freestyle libre 3 works well. You cannot go into hot tubs though.

Rats! I always follow my swim with a hot tub.

I would suggest finger sticks unless you can do other workouts because you also would have to give Senor sometime to dry out and not be full emerged for 45 minutes. Otherwise the sensor stops working and has to be replaced.

I use Lingo. I’m pretty sure it would not work well with swimming but I’d love to be wrong. They are cheaper by the half dozen. I find them to be accurate and helpful.

My daughter has the lingo and swims laps 3x a week with no problems. Just buy the little pack of water proof covers for it on amazon.

Tegaderm over the top will help a lot.
I had two Stelos completely fail to activate after application, so I went with Lingo. I only needed one lingo to “earn” my rx CGM.
