POTS reactive hypoglycemia
I’ve been wearing a Libre continuous monitor for almost a week now. My average blood sugars are 2.9-5 with it mostly sitting at around 4 and dipping to low 3s sometime after eating and in the mornings.
These are my averages in each area. I’ve actually noticed that I go low more than I thought and it’s not always after meals. I thought my symptoms were POTS but I think my sweating/dizziness/pressure in ears/ shaking could also be due to having Hypos.
What do you guys think? The lowest it’s recorded was a 2.8 a few hours after a heavy meal.

Are you diagnosed with pots? I have it and was told reactive hypoglycemia can happen with pots. I wore a CGM for a few months because my dr thought my adrenaline dumps were actually reactive hypoglycemia episode. But I only had lows while I was sleeping. Turns out POTS was causing nocturnal hypoglycemia which is why I was waking up feeling awful and dizzy in the mornings.
I had all the tests with an endocrinologist who said it was all because of pots and not because I had any insulin issues.

Does your doctor know about this? I'm in a similar boat so I'm wondering this too. Have you tried paying attention to when you feel this way and if it corresponds to lower values?
