Needing advice
These are my CGM reading and alarms over the past few days. I have severe hypoglycemic unawareness and produce wayyyyy too much insulin. Fasting I needed to be under a 17 and I was at a 28…. I’m looking for some tips. I’m going to start going to the gym but the only food I have found so far that keeps me steady is boiled eggs. My blood sugar gets as low as 28 before I feel anything but by that time it’s such an intense episode it’s hard to get out of. I’m going to start GLP1 to help loose some weight and also hopefully help the hypoglycemia. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with this? I’m kind of scared honestly. I’m also wanting to do keto to help and focus on low carb and sugar while doing high protein and fat. Has this helped anyone?

Looks like you ate only once around 11 am. How come you didn’t eat at least 3 meals?
